Our Portland Chapter of the Society for Orphaned Armenian Relief (SOAR) is running an exciting Raffle of amazing prizes to raise funds for school supplies for the children who attend the Ada Keshishyants Social Rehabilitation Center for Children with Developmental Disabilities.
