Messages from Tatev Mehrabyan, Director of Erazanki Tun (House of Dreams) Center
For the fifth consecutive year, the Armenian Autism Parents Support Network (AAPSN) and the Society for Orphaned Armenian Relief (SOAR) are partnering together to raise crucial funds for the Erazanki Tun (House of Dreams) Center located in Artashat, Armenia.
Established in 2019 in Artashat, the Erazanki Tun Center is a nonprofit daycare center for children with special needs. Thanks to your generosity, AAPSN raised $2,100 in 2019 to help establish the Center and $1,775 in 2020 to fund the purchase of a heater/air conditioner unit, utility payments, teacher fees, and tuition for needy students. In 2021, $5810 was raised to fund: repairs/renovations to the parents waiting room, new physical therapy room, and restroom; purchasing tables, chairs, a storage closet, kitchenware, lamination equipment, and physical therapy equipment; and tuition for ten students from low-income, single parent, and large families, including two families from Artsakh. Last year in 2022, $6,129 was raised. Thank you to all our supporters whose donations have made these changes and improvements at the Center possible!
In 2019, the town of Artashat gifted the Center a building to serve as their new home, with no rent obligation. However, the building is still in great need of renovation. As more repairs and renovations are completed, the Center will be able to service more and more children and families who desperately need their services.
Please make a generous donation and share our fundraiser with your friends and family - all donations accepted! Direct any inquiries you may have to Tigran Mikaelyan with AAPSN at firstname.lastname@example.org or here. We thank you for your unwavering support of the Erazanki Tun Center and special needs community in rural Armenia.
SOAR (Society for Orphaned Armenian Relief) is a 501(c)(3) non profit organization. Your donation is tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by law.
