Family History: Vaghik was discharged from his service in the army in 2023. He entered the Department of Caucasian Studies of the Faculty of History of Yerevan State University. His father passed away in 2006 and his mother works as a librarian. Vaghik's older brother used to help with the family finances, but he has married and moved to Russia. Vaghik also works as animator in one of cafes in Yerevan, but it is not enough to cover his tuition and help with the family finances.
