Family Situation: Sasun with his wife, Armine, their two children Leona (DOB 08/20/2014) and Mher (DOB 05/29/2017), and Sasun's mother were forcibly removed from their home in Stepanakert September 2023, leaving everything they owned behind. They are currently living in a 3-room apartment in Yerevan. Both Sasun and Armine have higher educations, but only Sasun has been able to find work, currently working as an attendant at a gas station. Their daughter Leona has significant hearing loss and needs to use hearing aids. During their escape, her hearing aids were lost, and her family cannot afford to replace them. This is causing her to have a lot of difficulty at school and in her everyday life. The family is still looking for better employment and a cheaper apartment.

Immediate Needs: Hearing aids for Leona ($1,000), better housing, household furnishings and supplies, food, and clothing ($3,600/annually).
