Family History: Angelina was born in Stepanakert, Nagorno-Karabagh. In August 20, 2008, she was placed in Specialized Children’s Home of Kharberd. Before she lived with her mother and grandmother, but now her grandmother visits her rarely. Mostly the family phones the group teacher to get updates about the child.

Medical History: Angelina suffers from a central nervous system organic disorder, cerebral palsy, spastic quadriplegia, contractures, encephalopathy, severe mental retardation with deprivation syndrome, partial senso-motor alalia, dysarthria, descending squint. Angelina was not speaking, but thanks to the work of the specialists, she started to pronounce sounds, and now tries to connect a few words and make short sentences.

Special Interests: Angelina enjoys listening to music and dancing, playing with toys and phone games. She participates in cognitive group games where she learns new things through different didactic materials. She understands very well when people talk to her, she remembers everything that is said, focuses on what's going on around.

Immediate Needs: The funds will be used for summer holidays, intellectual games, warm coats, warm trousers and sweaters, and shoes.

UPDATE - JUNE 2022

Angelina continues to work on developing her speech. She attends '' N2 Republican Special School'' where she studies cooking. She has lessons with a physiotherapist, occupational therapist, and pottery. Angelina attends the  ''Chakhruk'' ethno-music studio and plays an instrument and sings.
