Family History: Ala, along with her twin sister Lala, reside at the Our Lady of Armenia Annie Bezikian Youth Center in Kanaker, Armenia. Ala graduated from Yerevan State University (YSU) studying Literature. She is taking her entrance exams to work on her master's degree. Ala lost her father when he drowned in the Black Sea rescuing her younger brother. Her brother now lives at home with her mother, but the family is barely able to make a living as their main source of income is from their cow.

Medical History: Ala is healthy.

Immediate Needs: Sponsorship funds for Ala will be used for her college tuition, books, supplies, and transportation expenses for her master's studies at the Academy of Public Administration of the Republic of Armenia, at the Faculty of Political Management and Political Analysis.

Ala completed her first year of master’s degree studies at the Academy of Public Administration of the Republic of Armenia, at the Faculty of Political Management and Political Analysis.

Ala graduated from the Faculty of History of Yerevan State University and will be taking her entrance exams for graduate school this summer.
