Medical History: Arsen suffers from prenatal encephalopathy, residual organic infection of his CNS, dysarthria. Arsen is moderately mentally retarded.

Arsen is involved in the ''Chakhruk'' ethno-music project as a musician. He is fond of animals, especially horses, and helps the hippo-therapist to take care of them. Arsen has participated in international and local music festivals of people with special needs. Arsen loves sport and took place in a para-rafting championship.
