Family History: Elvera's family lived in Artsakh. After the 2020 Artsakh War, the family moved to Armenia and then to Russia. When Elvera's parents divorced, she and her father returned to Armenia. Elvera's two younger sisters, Elen (6) and Nare (5), stayed with their mother in Russia. In August, the mother sent Elen to Armenia to live with her grandmother to attend school. In January 2023, Elvera's mother and youngest sister also returned to Armenia. All three sisters were brought to OLA, as no family members are willing to support them.
