Family Situation: Arsen was killed while on November 16, 2021, serving during military operations in the Vayots Dzor Region, in Jermuk. He has served in the military since 2005 and participated in the 2020 Artsakh War. He leaves behind his unemployed wife, Aghunik, his two sons, Vahe (12), Edgar (10), and his daughter Lusine (4). Aghunik has health problems so is unable to work. Vahe had surgery to remove a neoplasm on his foot, be he needs to have a sonographic examination every month.
