Family Situation: Hayk gave his life on October 3, 2020, while serving in the Artsakh War. His wife, Anush, and his two daughters, Maria (DOB 5/25/2013), and Maya (DOB 11/2/2017) were forced to leave their home in Stepanakert and all their belongings September 2023. Hayk is buried in Artsakh which made this even more difficult for the family. Anush and her daughters are living with Anush's parents, who were also displaced, in a three-room apartment in Yerevan. Anush is looking for a cheaper apartment because they will not be able to afford this one when the government assistance ends. She found employment as a notary's assistant.
