Family Situation: Hayk gave his life on October 17, 2020, during the Artsakh War, while serving as a Major in the army for more than 25 years. He left behind his wife, Tamara, and his two sons, Gor (DOB 06/21/2006) and Vahagn (DOB 10/13/2008). The family was forcibly moved from their home in Artsakh on September 25, 2023. Now Tamara with her two sons and her mother are living in 3 room rented apartment in Yerevan. They are looking for cheaper housing .Tamara graduated from the Medical University by Mkhitar Heratsi; she is a Laboratory Technician by profession with more than 19 years of experience. She is trying to find employment in Yerevan but has been experiencing spinal and head pain since the 2020 Artsakh War. She is currently undergoing medical examinations in order to have a proper diagnosis. Gor is also undergoing medical examinations for high blood pressure, increased bilirubin levels, and impaired thyroid function. He wants to take courses to become a barber so he can start earning money to help support the family.

Immediate Needs: New housing, medical assistance, training courses for Gor, household furnishings and supplies, clothing, and food ($3,600/annually).
