Family Situation: The family was forcibly removed from their home September 2023. The father, Hovik, is a skilled driver, but recently had an operation on the blood vessels on both legs. His wife, Liana, had worked in Stepanakert as a chief epidemiologist, but has not been able to find employment. They have two children: Arthur (DOB 10/3/2019) and Alisa (DOB 7/21/2021). Arthur had been attending kindergarten in Stepanakert and has delayed mental development, fears, and needs a proper diagnosis. He is receiving psychological support at the Ada Keshishyants Center. Liana's mother is also living with the family and is on expensive medications to combat her cancer diagnosis. The home the family is living in needs roof repairs and they bathroom facilities are outside. The family was able to get water to the home, but many more repairs are needed.
