Family History: Nelli has an intellectual disability and had been living at the Abovyan Sports School in Artsakh with her mother. They were forcibly removed in September 2023. Nelli's mother passed away suddenly in February 2024, leaving Nelli completely alone. Warm Hearth heard about her and brought her to their 3rd Village home. We know very little about Nelli, as she rarely speaks.

Medical History: Nelli has been diagnosed with an intellectual disability. She also had back and stomach pains which required immediate medical attention.
